This page is intended to inform visitors about the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when using our Application. If you choose to continue to use our services even after reading this Privacy Policy, you consent to the use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should immediately stop using our services.

It is AI Test Prep's policy to fully respect your privacy regarding any information collected during your use of the websites and applications we own and operate.
We will only ask you to provide personal information if we want you to provide the service or for it to function properly. We will ensure that you are informed and consent to the fair and lawful collection of this information. Specifically, we will collect the following types of data:
Personal Information. In the course of your use of our Services, you may voluntarily provide certain information, such as your e-mail address, current practice status, and test dates. This information will help us recommend a practice program for you based on your status;
Device Information. During your access to our Services, we automatically collect your IP address, device type, device ID, and operating system version, among other things. This data will help us optimize our service for the device and troubleshoot certain issues;
Interaction Data. When you use our app, we collect information about how you use our app, including tracking your progress in practice, understanding how much time you spend on certain features, and the scores you get in practice. This data helps us to enhance your experience.
Log Data. When you use our Services, your device will automatically send log data to the Play Store or App Store servers in the event of an application crash. This log data may include the name of the device you are using, the version of the operating system, the time of use, and other statistical data. We may use this log data for analysis to provide a more stable service or to fix bugs.
Cookies. Cookies are files that contain a small amount of data and are often used as an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored in the internal memory of your device. The Service does not explicitly use these “cookies”.

Most mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature that you can activate to indicate your privacy preferences. When you choose to agree to DNT, data about your online browsing activities will not be monitored and collected. Because no uniform technical standards for recognizing and enforcing DNT have been finalized at this time, we do not currently respond to DNT or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
Our Services are not available to anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), you may not use the FALOU APP. If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you must read this Privacy Policy with your parent or guardian. The Service may contain links to third-party websites, and when you click on one of these third-party links, you will be directed to that website.
